About us

Shahzad Osouli Educational Center, also known as the *House of Hope*, has been a haven for people with disabilities—including the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, and individuals with various physical challenges—since 2004. This center serves as a place where those with physical or mobility limitations can learn and express their artistic talents, nurturing their creativity and passion for the arts. Throughout its years of activity, the House of Hope has nurtured numerous students and introduced many remarkable talents to society. The memory of the late Haj Mohammad Naqi Torkaman, one of the esteemed benefactors, remains ever alive in the history of this center. In 2010, he generously granted the building of the House of Hope to the educational institute so that, in appreciation of Shahzad Osouli’s efforts and those of her dedicated volunteers, the light of education and culture would continue to shine in the hearts of people with disabilities. Today, the House of Hope stands as a symbol of empathy, perseverance, and belief in the abilities of people with disabilities.
